Laser Therapy

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy, also known as Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses focused light energy to promote healing, reduce pain, and stimulate tissue regeneration. The therapy involves the use of specific wavelengths of light, typically delivered through a handheld device, which penetrate the skin and interact with cells to enhance their natural healing processes.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is an exercise method that builds core strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility through precise and controlled movements. At Physiola, our Pilates instructor creates a personalized program tailored to your physical assessment findings and individual fitness goals for safe and effective progress. Bring a friend at no extra charge. Ask us how these sessions may be covered under your insurance.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, also known as Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy acoustic waves to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility. During the therapy, shockwaves are delivered to affected areas of the body to stimulate blood flow, increase circulation, and encourage tissue regeneration. This is an excellent treatment option for older or more stubborn scar tissue!

Pelvic Physiotherapy

Pelvic Physiotherapy

Pelvic physio is a specialized form of physiotherapy that focuses on the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. It addresses issues related to the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues in the pelvic region, helping to manage conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse. Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and education, pelvic physiotherapy helps strengthen and relax the pelvic floor muscles, improve bladder and bowel control, and enhance overall pelvic health.

Yoga

Yoga

Our women’s health–focused yoga sessions combine Yoga, Integrated Movement Therapy, Meditation, and Breathwork to support strength, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. This therapeutic approach is designed to compliment physiotherapy and is ideal for injury-rehabilitation, injury-prevention, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health, chronic pain, and and stress management, helping women improve core and move with confidence at every stage of life.
